By accessing and using the PageScorch service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Description

PageScorch provides an AI-powered analysis service that evaluates landing pages and provides recommendations for improvement. Our service:

• ✓ Generates scores and improvement suggestions
• ✓ Stores analysis history for your reference

User Responsibilities

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service. Specifically, you agree that:

• • You will only analyze landing pages that you own or have permission to analyze
• • You will not use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• • You will not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• • You maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)

PageScorch offers sign-in via Google as an alternative to email and password. By using Google Sign-In you agree to the following:

• • Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• • We receive only your name, email address, and email verification status from Google. No other Google data is accessed.
• • You are responsible for the security of your Google account. PageScorch is not liable for unauthorised access caused by a compromised Google account.
• • You can unlink Google from your account or delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Social Media Account Integration

PageScorch can connect to your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, X (Twitter) account, and LinkedIn profile to publish pre-approved content on your behalf using each platform's official API.

By connecting a social media account you agree that:

• • You own or are authorised to post on behalf of the connected account or Page
• • You have read and agree to the terms of service of each platform you connect (Meta, X Corp, LinkedIn)
• • Content drafted and approved in the PageScorch dashboard may be published automatically at scheduled times
• • You are solely responsible for ensuring all published content complies with each platform's content policies and applicable laws
• • PageScorch is not liable for content that a platform removes, restricts, or penalises after publication
• • We request only the minimum permissions needed to publish posts — we do not read your messages, timeline, followers, or contacts

You can disconnect any platform at any time from the PageScorch dashboard or by revoking permissions directly in each platform's security settings. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published.

Prohibited Use

Automated Access and API Abuse

You may not access PageScorch through automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, or any mechanism that bypasses the standard user interface. Reverse engineering API endpoints, replaying authentication tokens, or submitting requests programmatically to circumvent rate limits is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found in violation of this clause will be terminated immediately without notice. No refund will be issued regardless of unused credits. We reserve the right to block IP addresses and device fingerprints associated with abuse at our sole discretion.

Service Limitations

Our AI analysis is provided as-is and is based on algorithmic assessment. Please note:

• → AI recommendations should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation
• → Analysis results are not guaranteed to improve conversions
• → We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• → Guest users can access up to 3 no-signup roasts, and registered free accounts receive 5 total roast credits

Payment Terms

Paid access is sold through one-time purchases. Payment terms:

• ✓ Payment processed securely through PayPal or Razorpay
• ✓ 30-day money-back guarantee if not satisfied
• ✓ Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

NO LIABILITY: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.

ACCURACY: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all analyses are error-free or optimal for your specific use case.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting the new terms on the service. Your continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
